NOTHING COULD BE FINER THAN DINNER IN THE DINER Amtrak now uses a cycle menu for all long distance trains, the cycles are  changed  frequently and are rotated between trains. At the current time Nov. 16,2003. The Southwest Chief is using train 4 Eastbound cycle 2.
